Now only I know
we actually have full access those well-established journals
can log in via NUS library portal
go pubmed and link out to most of the journals
will get the full pdf if NUS has subscribed to it

alternatively
manually add .libproxy1.nus.edu.sg directly onto the URL (after .com)
