Unconsciously depressed

Whenever "project", "presentation" or "conference" is mentioned
And if I'm the topic of the subject
I'll get upset

This is just depressing
My job is slacking
I have freedom
But
I feel useless
And
Meaningless

Not that I'm unhappy with my current state
But
It's just not satisfying
