1) Login to SBS:
Tutorial at http://musical-bell.blogspot.com/2011/04/tutorial-to-sbs-inkigayo-sign-up.html
2) Go to Application site: http://2012gayo.sbs.co.kr/apply/apply.jsp
3) Search and click on the second tab that writes:
방청신청
4) Fill in your particulars
- should be filled in automatically once logged in onto SBS website
5) Tick 동의함 to agree to terms and conditions
6) Click 방청신청 완료 to complete
Application period: 10th-23rd Dec 2012
Results release date: 24th Dec KST6pm at homepage

and a friend tried to help me but she kept getting error 500 when tried to submit... ah feel like crying T.T
