Pertaining to my previous post on "Guide to SBS Inkigayo LIVE Show"

here's a tutorial on how to register as a member at SBS site,

as well as how to apply for tickets to the show...

i had weird DREAMs when i was small
no, i'm not talking about "ambition" those kind of DREAMs
but DREAMs that i dreamed at night
so ya
i had a DREAM
which had very similar scenes shown in this video
when i first saw this video
my sights were blurred by tears at once
not because of sadness
but
more of being touched
as i now know
the weird DREAM that i had
is "real"
the weird place that i dreamed of
is existing
so now i DREAM again
i wish i could be to that place one day
and witness my DREAM with my own eyes
while i am awake
i shall never forget this DREAM

KU Week 7 (11th - 15th April) - ft Cherry Blossom

11th April (Mon)

As usual

filled with lessons

12th April (Tue)

Went to a wet market with a chinese classmate

bought some vege, pork, groceries etc

hmmm

i'm simply not a good "groceries-shopper"

didn't even know what kind of meat to buy

and didn't know whether the prices were cheap or ex

hehe...i'm starting to learn to be a housewife :PP

13th April (Wed)

Day ended with Kuk'ak

as expected

my finger nearly bled >.<

14th April (Thu)

Really didn't want to miss the cherry blossom

hence despite the fact that we're having midterms next week

i went out to Yeouido with the classmate

BUT

sobsobsob...

we failed to find the exact cherry blossom site

only managed to go to Han River Park

where the trees were still "botak"

:'(

15th April (Fri)

So not satisfied with the Yeouido trip

hence decided to go to the KU Science & Tech Campus

to search for more cherry blossoms

and yes yes yes!!!

i found it

16th - 17th April (weekends)

if you've noticed

i didn't include the weekends as part of "KU Week 7" in the title

why?

because i "need" to dedicate more space for the weekends

something interesting happened :)

KU Week 6 (4th - 10th April) - ft KUBA Field Day

Haven't been updating my blog for almost 2 weeks...
I'm not being lazy
I just had no interesting stuffs to blog on >.<

4th (Mon) - 5th (Tue) April

Ordinary school days

really have nothing special to talk about

well

maybe except that I scored full score on my first Korean quiz :P

6th April (Wed)

Slight excitement

because it's the second quiz for Neurobiology

I admit

I didn't study hard this time

only managed to go through the notes once

but

the quiz turned out to be rather easy

More excitement after the quiz

as I went to Kuk'ak

finally started my Kayageum (迦倻琴) lesson

it's super interesting!!!

the scores are not written in the Western stave-style, nor the simplified 123 scores,

but in Chinese!!!

And yupyup, that 颂九如 is the first score that all beginners must learn :)
it's my first time trying string instrument
(decided to "give up" flute)
and it's really really interesting >.<
but
as expected
i got blister on my fingers afterwards >.<

7th (Thu) - 9th (Sat) April
Did go anywhere this weekends
mainly stay in dormitory, or went to school cafeteria for lunch
oh
met a Korean friend on Fri for lunch
that's all~
so what did i do in dorm?
i studied, a bit...
the rest of the time...stuck in 2D1N~~~
another variety show that i fall in love with after getting rid of wgm
reasons?
1. the program was started in 2007, the MCs are very close with each other and hence super funny
2. they traveled around Korea; i'm really tempted to follow their itinerary and travel around Korea
omg omg i want go travel~~~

10th April (Sun)
Exchange/Study Abroad Students Field Day
...
...
yup
KUBA field day
wanted to breathe some fresh air and feel the spring
i've decided to go out of my room and go to the field just opposite my dorm
oh well
the field which is next to the stadium 2AM had their concert last time T__T
...
weather was good
temperature was nice
but the wind was a bit chilly
...
there're some games held on the field day
like "modified hand-ball", tug-of-war etc etc
all kinds of games that we usually have for field day...in primary school...

i didn't involve much in the games
except one, called "12 people, 13 legs"
heard of it?
i'm sure you did~ if not, have a look at the pic below~
it's fun
but
it's painful as well...
my ankles nearly got bruised because of the strings

KU Week 5 (28th March - 3rd April) - ft Itaewon & Hongdae Free Market

好像很久没有用华文了写博客了
在韩国，讲华语的机会也近乎是零
虽然室友是中国人，可我们却用英文交谈
嗯
今天就用华文blog吧～

28th (Mon) - 30th (Wed) March
决定不再去“農樂”了
累人的训练不说
我觉得他们训练后的聚会比较累人
所以……虽然有点遗憾，
但是……拜拜咯……

31st March (Thu)
可是放弃“農樂”不等于放弃所有社团
我还是想去试一试“國樂”
毕竟韩国国乐很像华乐
我对华乐还留有一份情
还是先试一试韩国国乐后再决定要不要继续
所以
独自去了国乐的迎新会
嗯
发现
这里的学生社团都好有钱哦！！！
出去吃饭，饭钱完全由社团解决
而且
不是吃普通的呀！

一桌四人，吃四人分的花肉和蒸蛋，左后再添上图中所示的又肥又厚的猪肉排。一共20多人、5桌，不便宜啊～

吃完肉，直接去下一场，吃夜宵、喝酒～ 这社团真的是富啊～

那晚的国乐迎新会

我是唯一的外国交换生

全程很努力的听他们在讲什么

还好国乐的人挺友善的

完全没有被冷落

也很顺利的交了几个韩国朋友

可是啊

除了两三个大三、大四的学哥学姐

89年的我，竟然是当中最老之一

什么嘛～

偏偏韩国人很注重辈份，

被叫"Unni/Noona"感觉其实不太好

哈～

还有，我发现自己不怎么会讲“半语”

有个小我一岁的“妹妹”叫我自在点、不用跟她讲“敬语”

可是

我讲“半语”反而更不自在咧 :PP

愚人节

我在宿舍过

嗯

唯一的娱乐就是翻译2AM的短片给可欣加油
听力大有进步，翻完后shiok-sendiri :PP

2nd April (Sat)
龙啊，生日快乐～～
呵……

周末，出游呗～
今天的出游挺有“效率的”
早上去超多外国人聚集的梨泰园 (이태원 Itaewon）
做一回真真正正的旅客
呵……
整个地区真的卖很多进口的皮革、服饰、纪念品
也有很多外国餐：西餐、泰国餐、中东餐、印度餐……
但是
逛是逛得很爽
东西都不便宜咧～
呵……

西装、印度装、唐装、派对装，应有尽有。

我们早上11点多到，没什么人潮，哈～

Mongul 中东自由餐；气氛怎么有点像《秘密花园》 :PP

20,000Won 有点贵，但是能回味回味一下nun和curry，我觉得挺值得的。

I miss my Al-amin gang... T___T

逛完梨泰园
决定去弘毅大学附近的“自由市场”看看
嗯……延世大学就在附近，
再一次回到弘大一带，
又开始想念2年前的 Yonsei trip~

Anyway....
弘大自由市场 (홍대앞 프리마켓 Hongdae Free Market)
每周星期六中午才有的小市场
聚集许许多多的画家、艺术家在这里展示和买一些手工艺品
挺特别的～

那里的人潮真不是盖的！

很多精美的手工艺品、首饰、鞋子、包包，看了心痒痒啦 :PP

小型音乐会；好好听的轻音乐 ^^

离开弘大，原本想回宿舍啃书的（下星期有考试～）
但是
坐巴士经过一个叫 Gwangjang Market (광장시장) 的市场
想去那里帮朋友看看有没有卖韩服
所以
就临时“添加景点”了～

超大的市场，里面什么都有，真的，什么都有！！！

顺利找到韩服店。一套韩服约200马币，有点心动～

韩式的小贩中心。

我的晚餐～ 辣炒年糕、炒冬粉、猪蹄～

韩式喜饼，漂亮～

各式各样的泡菜 >.<

一天逛3个地方
还见了个在KAIST交换的NUSian
晚上回房啃书
还忍不住看了WGM YS Parting (sobsobsob...)
一整天下来
挺有效率的
哈！
