KBS Korean Music Festival 2011 (Gayo Daechukje 가요대축제)

30th December (Friday)

KST 8:55PM (Korean Standard Time)

Request Tickets:  http://www.kbs.co.kr/2tv/enter/songfestival/ticket/menu01/index.html
Ticket Application Period: 20th Dec KST 4PM - 22nd Dec KST 4AM
Results Announcement: 22nd Dec KST 3PM onwards (Confirmation SMS to be sent to phone)

You will first need to register for a KBS account, and login before requesting for the tickets.

Register for KBS account

Step 1:
Goto https://sso.kbs.co.kr/SSO/KBSWeb/member/Select.aspx
Click on "Foreigner Living in Abroad"

Step 2:
At https://sso.kbs.co.kr/SSO/KBSWeb/foreign/OverseaPermissionKR.aspx
Click on the link that says: "Click here for Foreign(English)"
which will then direct you to https://sso.kbs.co.kr/SSO/KBSWeb/foreign/OverseaPermission.aspx
Try continue the application yourself as all details are written in English
* Remember to upload a softcopy of your passport before submitting the form.

Apply Ticket for 2011 Music Festival

Step 1:
Goto http://www.kbs.co.kr/2tv/enter/songfestival/ticket/menu01/index.html
Click on the link on the left that says "방청신청" (circled in red below)

Step 2:
You will then be redirected to the login page. Login with your ID and Password

Step 3:
Back to http://www.kbs.co.kr/2tv/enter/songfestival/ticket/menu01/index.html
Scroll down and click on the link (circled in red below)
Then click on the button that appear below the link (indicated with red arrow below)

Step 4:
Check your particulars, especially your phone numbers. Tick the box to confirm your mobile phone number.
Then, click on the button of the left that says "신청" (ie Apply).
* If need to amend your particulars, click on the button on the right that says "정보수청" (ie Amend Info)

Step 5:
Click OK to the pop up message that says "방청권이 신청되었습니다."
Congrats, you're done with the ticket application

To Check Results on 22nd Dec KST 3PM onwards
Goto http://www.kbs.co.kr/2tv/enter/songfestival/ticket/menu02/index.html
Scroll down, and input your ID and mobile phone number.
Then click on the button below that says "확인" (ie Confirm)
