上了几堂瑜伽
开始的时候,总觉得没什么帮助
可上了几堂课,慢慢上手了
在房间也有兴致练习练习
上课的时候,做到某些姿势的时候,
是蛮开心的
因为这表示,我的骨骼和肌肉还蛮健康的
其实,学瑜伽,
也是在考胆量和自信
就像那个"bird/frog pose",得先过得了自己那关
不要怕跌到什么的,就像老师说的:
"Don't think of the failure (fall down),
but think of the process and success..."
我啊,还没做得成这个pose,过不了自己这关
哈……
可能是昨天练得比较起劲儿,
结果,腰部左侧好想拉到了,
扭一扭的时候,酸痛酸痛的
嗯……贴一贴沙龙帕斯
但愿快点复原,别是拉伤了什么的……
哈,瑜伽……
