Kimchi IV - Cucumber kimchi revisited
The cucumber kimchi made last time
finished within 2 weeks ^^
Now
attempting mass kimchi production
using 25 baby cucumbers and 3 baby carrots!!
Same recipe as last time
but triple the quantity
and lesser fish sauce added
Woohooo~
Managed to adjust the saltiness!!

yeah yeah!! hahaha~~ but still, drink more water oh, coz i still put a lot of salt and chili powder...
